E-Commerce Specialist For Firearms
Role Description
The E-Commerce Specialist will play a key role in supporting and executing the company’s web-based marketing and sales strategy. This role involves creating, managing, and auditing product listings across our website and eCommerce platforms to ensure accurate, compelling content that reflects our brand and drives sale conversions. The specialist will also help monitor sales trends, optimize digital merchandising, and contribute to strategies that grow online visibility and revenue.
Role Responsibilities
Create, plan, and review website listings and ensure all information for products are accurate, amending where needed.
Help organize category sales for promotions and holidays.
Helps plan combos/kits/builds for marketing
Maintains organization on Monday.com.
Collaborates with product manager to improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).
Maintains current knowledge of trends and assist with graphics and sales campaign ideas.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Marketing and/or web design experience (Preferred).
Knowledge of firearms and firearm parts (Preferred).
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience (Preferred).
Excellent computer skills including adaptability to order and inventory databases.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other spreadsheet programs.
Familiarity with systems such as Adobe Photoshop.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to multitask.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to type minimum 40 wpm.
Able to maintain professionalism under possibly stressful circumstances.
Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
Team player.
Good time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize on a constant basis as needed.
