About the Job: A regional hospital in Rochester, NY needs to update devices but they don't know where they are located. The Level I techs would be locating devices across the various hospital locations and any device not being utilized will have a script kicked off for an in-place upgrade. Once the upgrade is kicked off the device must have a notice taped to the monitor letting the users now that the device is currently unavailable due to an upgrade being made. Once the in place is kicked off the techs would move onto the next device within the area and do the same. The techs will periodically return to the devices being upgraded to ensure the upgrade is in process and to validate upon completion it was upgraded successfully.

The Level 2 technicians will be responsible for locating devices provided by the customer and upgrade the Bios to allow for the in-place upgrade to take place. The resource should have a slightly higher skill set which is why we’re asking for Level 2.

Everyone must have their own transportation to go to various hospital sites around Rochester.
