Role Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level, motivated individual to join our Digital Associate Program as a Business Development and Growth Support Analyst/Intern. In this role, you will work directly with our growth and delivery teams to support strategic business development efforts, track opportunities, assist in proposal development, and occasionally support recruiting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world exposure to strategy, capture, and proposal development in the tech and consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and track federal and commercial business opportunities using market intelligence tools.
Support preparation of capture and proposal materials, including capability statements, pitch decks, and team bios.
Assist in drafting and editing proposal content and assembling compliance checklists.
Maintain and update internal opportunity tracking dashboards and BD pipelines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect project data, metrics, and performance evidence.
Occasionally support recruiting tasks such as job posting, initial resume screening, and interview coordination.
Participate in internal planning meetings and provide note-taking and action tracking support.
Embrace new challenges and contribute to broader company initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Actively pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field (Junior or Senior preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Interest in digital transformation, technology consulting, or public sector innovation.
Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
