You’ll have the opportunity to connect with diverse teams and functions across the company. You will interact with Ally’s leadership and learn from their personal successes. You will gain the experience to know what it means to be an Ally!

As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Have hands on experience and project-based work
  • Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort
  • Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events
  • Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting
  • Lead an end of assignment presentation

The Work Itself

Interning within the Business Systems Management team means being part of a team that is relentless in finding new ways technology can help make experiences better and help people. We are problem solvers, we value diverse thinking, we support one another, and we challenge ourselves to think bigger in the journey to implement value-driven tech solutions. As part of the Business Systems Management Internship program, this role will help in the development of strategic system capabilities and implement solutions that deliver value for our customers. We support core auto applications that make it possible for our employees to service our auto customers.

Throughout the duration of the 11-week program, you'll have the ability to hone your skills in, creating and implementing configuration design solutions, and the use of SQL to name a few. Typically, interns are matched with a specific team and manager in mid-spring. Doing so offers the ability to assign program participants to real-time, business critical needs. You could be on teams such as…
