The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven and analytical IT Systems Analyst to help design, implement, and support critical DOJ systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with managers, end users, and stakeholders to understand their needs, propose effective IT solutions, and keep our systems running smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze user needs and business requirements to develop IT solutions that enhance DOJ operations
- Test and troubleshoot system components to optimize performance and reliability
- Recommend and implement technical tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee system installations, configurations, and updates
- Design and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document systems and processes to ensure clarity and consistency
- Maintain and support both new and existing applications
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience delivering IT solutions that meet business needs
- Equivalent combinations of education, experience, or certifications will be considered
Preferred Skills:
- Broad knowledge of varied IT systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of public sector or justice-related IT systems a plus
