About This Role
Join our core AI team building the algorithms that power fair, accurate candidate assessment. You'll work on machine learning systems that evaluate portfolios, match candidates to opportunities, and provide personalized career coaching at scale.

What You'll Build:
• Automated portfolio quality assessment algorithms using NLP and computer vision
• AI career coaching chat interfaces that guide students through skill development
• Candidate-job matching systems that identify hidden talent
• Challenge performance scoring that predicts real-world success
• Anti-bias detection systems ensuring fair evaluation across demographics

You're a Great Fit If:
• Strong foundation in Python, machine learning, and data science
• Experience with NLP frameworks (spaCy, transformers, OpenAI API)
• Interest in fairness in AI and algorithmic bias mitigation
• Excited about using AI to solve real social problems
