Electrical Engineering Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The Electrical Engineering Intern will participate as a valuable member of the Engineering team. This position will work directly with the Electrical Engineering Department to assist in the day-to-day activities.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate as a multidisciplinary engineering team member.
• Assist Engineers with the design, development, integration and testing of systems.
• Assist with the assembly and wiring of hardware installations.
• Assist with the documentation of software, production, and engineering data.
• Participate in the QA/QC process of software and hardware.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

• Provide engineering documentation to other departments as necessary.
• Assemble/Modify prototype hardware designs using surface mount equipment and soldering iron.
• Conduct software testing and report test results.
