Deputy Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating overall work arrangements for the Inbound/Outbound teams, including employee scheduling, attendance roll calls, performance evaluations, and training/mentoring new hires.

Resolve abnormal picking issues such as incorrect or excess items, and communicate with relevant teams for resolution.

Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and quality of pickers, packers, and palletizers to ensure timely, accurate, and complete fulfillment of outbound orders.

Handle container sign-off, goods receipt, inspection, and organize shelving operations.

Oversee departmental operations: including container unloading, goods receipt, inspection, and handling of non-conforming items.

Ensure safe production practices and maintain 6S standards within assigned areas.

Guarantee timely and accurate channel shipments, ensuring same-day order dispatch completion.

Supervise team compliance with management protocols, oversee equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols.

Safeguard operational quality by ensuring outbound processes meet quality standards.

Optimize operational efficiency and cost control by streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, and minimizing unnecessary expenses.

Monitor and analyze data, regularly review outbound metrics, assess key indicators like operational efficiency and accuracy, and propose improvement plans.

Assist the team leader in daily tasks, resolve on-site anomalies, and collaborate effectively with other teams.

Position Requirements:

Experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehouse management preferred.

Work with planning, flexibility, and rigor to execute tasks.

Possess strong communication and management skills to coordinate and organize the operations of the outbound team.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar tools, with a solid understanding of inbound/outbound processes.

Demonstrate strong accountability and team spirit, capable of handling moderate work pressure; management experience preferred.

Proficient in daily communication in both Chinese and English.
