Operations Apprentice - West Coast

We are currently recruiting second-year students for Apprentice roles at various locations below: 

• Hillsboro, OR
• Las Vegas, NV
• Phoenix, AZ
• Tacoma, WA

An Apprentice joins the organization into one of our many hourly roles at one of our distribution centers or offices, while also participating in a formalized Apprentice Program. The goal of the program is to enhance student’s business knowledge through continuous learning opportunities. Throughout the summer, the Apprentice has the opportunity to:

•Participate in a series of webinars that focus on professional networking, communication and presentation skills

•Listen and ask questions to our business partners through our Speaker Series

•Present about their experience to leadership teams across the region

•Network with other interns and business leaders across all regions and business segments within the organization

•Be considered for Summer Internship roles (for the following summer)

The scope of the role may include:

•Replenishment, Pick, Pack or outbound functions

•Receive and/or put away functions for inbound team

•Inventory Control activities

•Quality checks and research tasks

•Following labor standards
 

Eligibility & Qualifications:

•Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant field

•Graduating within two years of completing the apprenticeship

•Ability to work full time for 10-12 weeks during the summer months
