What You’ll Do:

As a Software Engineering Intern at Rubrik, you will work on challenging problems in one or more areas of the Rubrik product. 

Intern projects have included implementing a Machine Learning model, enhancing internal tools for the engineering team, developing new security features for Rubrik products, researching new technologies, and much more!

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
  • Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Experience coding in an industry-standard language (e.g. Java, Go, Python, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript)
  • Exposure to algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts (operating systems, concurrency, distributed systems, etc.)
  • Available to work full-time starting in January for a 12-week program in Palo Alto, CA

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated software engineering experience from a previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications

The minimum and maximum hourly rates for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for a relocation stipend. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire hourly rates for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
