About the Role
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Technical) to bridge daily operational management with system design and technical implementation. In this role, you will analyze and monitor business performance, enforce workflows, and ensure data integrity, while also building tools, automations, and data pipelines that scale with the company’s growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on business problem-solving with technical engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Performance
- Monitor daily business KPIs (e.g., outreach volume, candidate activity) and escalate issues as needed
- Present on AM meetings to align teams on targets, metrics, and action plans
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within internal systems
- Oversee incentive and penalty policy implementation and compliance
- Monitor workflows and SOP adherence, collecting feedback to continuously improve processes
- Engage with recruitment and other business functions to gain a holistic view of company operations
Process & System Engineering
- Enhance and maintain internal CRM and tools to improve usability and efficiency
- Optimize workflows and SOPs to improve accuracy, speed, and collaboration
- Identify repetitive tasks and design, develop, and implement automation solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and insights
- Integrate new technologies and tools into business processes
- Provide responsive support for issues with internal tools or processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in operations engineering, workflow automation, or business management analysis
- Proficiency in Chinese
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud deployment
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration
- Strong SQL and database management skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation solutions
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Vibe coding, ChatGPT) in daily work
- Flexibility to adapt to night or weekend work when business needs arise
