As we scale, we’re seeking a highly adaptable AI Recruiting Operations and Analytics Intern to contribute to data-driven recruiting initiatives, support AI model improvement, and drive operational excellence across our global workflows. This internship offers hands-on exposure at the intersection of Recruitment AI, business operations, and data analytics, making it ideal for students/new grads who want to build both entrepreneurial skills and cross-functional experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and support AI-powered talent sourcing workflows for global recruitment needs
  • Follow up with candidates sourced by AI models and coordinate candidate scheduling for interviews with account managers
  • Analyze the performance of virtual sourcers and propose optimization solutions
  • Tag and validate candidate data to improve AI training and talent-matching accuracy
  • Contribute to LLM model fine-tuning and iteration cycles to enhance AI performance
  • Develop web-scraping scripts to support data enrichment and automation
  • Operate and incubate Virtual Sourcer accounts to ensure delivery readiness and quality control
  • Complete ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned by the CEO with a proactive, execution-focused mindset
     

Who You Are

  • A current undergraduate or graduate student with strong interest in business operations, recruiting technology, business analytics, or business strategy
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual and cross-cultural context
  • Comfortable with Python and SQL, with some familiarity in data scraping tools (e.g., Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and GitHub for collaboration.
  • Exposure to LLM model training and fine-tuning is welcome, but not required.
  • Brings an analytical and curious mindset, able to shift between  operational tasks and business problem-solving in fast-changing situations.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with initiative, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and precise, ensuring accuracy and quality whether validating data, tuning models, or supporting automation workflows.
  • A fast learner, skilled at leveraging AI tools to solve problems efficiently and iterate quickly.
