About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative for IoT solutions, you will enhance the efficiency and performance of the sales team. Your primary role will be to leave a professional impression on potential customers and bridge the communication between sales managers and potential customers. We are looking for ambitious individuals eager to join the rapidly growing IoT industry as a Senior Sales Development Representative to help businesses achieve digital transformation.
With the guidance of industry managers and product managers, you will search for, identify, and initially contact potential target customers. You will introduce and demonstrate our IoT solutions and arrange meetings between interested customers and sales managers. We expect strong communication and learning skills from you. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing industry, providing both career development and financial rewards.
 

What You'll Do:
• Learn about our products and solutions through training sessions conducted by industry managers and product managers.
• Contact potential customers via phone and email.
• Identify potential customers based on criteria set by industry managers.
• Confirm potential customers' needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and customer managers.
• Ensure the meetings run smoothly.
What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Empathetic, thoughtful, and able to understand others' perspectives.
• Skilled in analyzing customer feedback and summarizing.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Location: InHand Networks USA office, Fairfax County, VA.
