Next Era Energy | IT Nuclear Business Analyst - College Intern

This position at Florida Power & Light Company is part of their IT team supporting the NEO (Nuclear NextEra One) platform and is a paid Nuclear Business Analyst Internship in Engineering, based in Jupiter, FL. It's for students pursuing bachelor's degrees or higher with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and lasts for an internship period. Interns will collaborate with designers and developers to improve usability of nuclear operations applications, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for work management applications, and design dashboards and reporting interfaces supporting nuclear asset management and maintenance scheduling. This role provides hands-on experience in Engineering within the nuclear power generation sector and is ideal for students interested in UX/UI design, business analysis, and AI-powered solutions in regulated environments.
