About:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Specialist to help build and optimize our direct-to-consumer footwear business across Shopify and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Competitive Research & Design:
- Analyze successful DTC (direct-to-consumer) websites to identify best practices in layout, user experience, and conversion optimization
- Create Figma templates and design mockups for our Shopify store based on competitive insights
- Recommend and document design patterns that drive customer engagement and sales
Product Management:
- Upload and maintain product listings for our shoe inventory
- Manage product IDs, SKUs, descriptions, images, and specifications across platforms
- Ensure accurate and consistent product data in our systems
- Update inventory levels and product availability
Multi-Channel Store Setup:
- Build and launch our Amazon storefront from the ground up
- Integrate our Shopify store with Amazon to enable seamless multi-channel selling
- Configure shipping, fulfillment, and inventory syncing between platforms
Required Skills:
- Experience with Shopify store management and customization
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong attention to detail for product data management
- Understanding of ecommerce best practices and DTC brands
Deliverables
Week 1: Research, Strategy & Design
• Complete competitive analysis of 10-15 top DTC shoe brands and deliver 3-5 Figma templates for homepage, product pages, collections, and checkout. Include a one-page strategy brief highlighting key conversion tactics to implement, plus a style guide for the store.
Week 2-3: Store Launch & Product Setup
• Upload 30-50 products to Shopify with complete product data, images, variants, and SKUs. Set up Amazon Seller Central, launch Amazon storefront, configure Shopify-Amazon integration, and sync inventory between platforms.
Final Deliverables:
• Working Shopify store with products live, active Amazon storefront, Figma design files, and integration documentation showing both platforms synced and ready for orders.
