Role :Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition Analytics
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Are you passionate about transforming Talent Acquisition through data and technology? Infosys is looking for an Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition with expertise in Python, Power BI, and advanced analytics to drive data-driven hiring strategies and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify hiring trends using data analytics and Python-based insights.
- Collaborate with business heads to develop strategic sourcing and staffing plans for niche skills.
- Represent Infosys’ brand and execute branding strategies with external stakeholders and candidates.
- Manage vendors and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment standards, compliance, and local laws throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage Python and advanced analytics for reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Identify talent acquisition gaps and provide quick, strategic solutions.
- Drive process compliance, statutory and regulatory adherence across all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Work location : Bridgewater, NJ. Must be located within commuting distance of or willing to relocate; travel up to 20% may be required.

Preferred:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends using Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to perform data analysis, build reports, and provide actionable insights for recruitment strategy.
- Familiarity with automation and data-driven decision-making in talent acquisition processes.
- Knowledge of local laws, EEO, and compliant hiring practices.
Additional Information
This role involves extended periods of computer work and communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Travel may be required based on business needs.
