Do you like to take machines apart and put them back together.  This job is 80% mechanical and about 20% application installs and testing.  This is not a remote position due to the Training requirements, Team meetings, Inventory responsibilities and collaboration with team members on how to solve equipment issues. About the role:
In this role, you will repair and maintain multifunctional printers and learn how to setup document solution applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. The Multifunction Printer Field Service Technician key responsibilities are:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on-site at client locations.
• Maintain accurate records of service and inventory.
• Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure readiness for repairs.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional equipment, with basic familiarity in network setup being a plus.
• Willingness to learn newest technologies for printer and document management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or to lift or move 50 pounds.
