About this role. As a Delivery Associate, we are looking for an A-player to handle a range of ongoing projects and functions. Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

· Transaction Support. Our clients own collectively many hundreds of thousands of vehicles and trailers – which need to be licensed, registered, permitted, titled, etc. This requires supporting large and complex needs of our clients with fast turnaround times. As an example: it’s a Thursday afternoon and a client is acquiring 700 new trucks that need to be registered tomorrow- you’re the hero who pushes this request over the finish line, ensuring that all information is collected, timelines are established and communicated, and all stakeholders are engaged for a seamless delivery.

· Client communications. You will be expected to directly interface with clients on a daily basis – setting clear expectations, following through on commitments, and ensuring client satisfaction.

· Process Improvement. We expect all team-members to “work on the business”. We are on a never-ending journey of process improvement and expect you to be a key owner and driver of change in your area.

· Articulate – You can explain complex concepts simply. That is, you distill important information into what is necessary for your audience to understand… in plain English. This is a client-facing role – and you will need confidence and comfort engaging with clients.
