This position will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s Poughkeepsie Office.

Marshall+Sterling’s Information Systems Department is looking for a motivated and tech-curious Summer Intern to join our Poughkeepsie team. This internship offers hands-on experience across several areas of technology support and infrastructure, tailored to your areas of interest.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with data clean-up and data entry projects
  • Help configure and prepare new computers for employees
  • Support inventory tracking and equipment organization
  • Work on general IT support tickets alongside experienced team members
  • Assist with system setups for acquisitions and office expansions
  • Participate in community service opportunities
  • Engage in workshops and professional growth sessions
  • Shadow experienced team members to learn how ISD supports employee-owners

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
  • Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Internet, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
