🤖 The Mission: Build the "Brain" of Real Estate

TruPorch Homes is not just buying houses; we are building a proprietary intelligence layer to automate it. While other companies rely on basic ChatGPT wrappers, we are running a private AI stack on dedicated multi-GPU servers (using models like Llama 3, Qwen2, and DeepSeek) to uncover market insights and automate complex operations.

We are looking for a technical tinkerer and process architect to help us bridge the gap between raw AI potential and real-world business execution. You don't need to be a hardcore coder, but you need to be obsessed with how AI can change the world.

⚡ What You Will Build & meaningful Work

1. Prompt Engineering & Model Testing (The "AI Lab")

• Prompt Architecture: Design and refine complex system prompts. You will figure out how to get a 70B parameter model to accurately read a messy property inspection report and extract the repair costs.
• Model Benchmarking: Run A/B tests on our local models (e.g., “Does Llama 3 summarize legal contracts better than Qwen2?”). Your feedback will determine which models we deploy.

2. No-Code Automation Architecture (The "Nervous System")

• Workflow Design: Use advanced automation tools like n8n (similar to Zapier but more powerful) to build self-driving workflows.
• Example Project: Build a workflow that watches our email for new deal leads, parses the address using AI, looks up the Zestimate, and auto-drafts a response draft for the team.

3. Knowledge Base & RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Data Structuring: AI is only as good as the data it eats. You will help build our "Corporate Brain" in Notion, structuring unstructured meeting transcripts (via Fireflies.ai) and SOPs into clean datasets that our AI agents can reference.

4. Tech Stack Optimization

• Assist in migrating operational dashboards to Grist (a relational spreadsheet database) to make our data cleaner and more accessible for API calls.
