Currently, America Head Office has immediate openings for Cargo Reservation . Experience related to the position is preferred but entry-level is also welcomed. Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs as required. Please specify salary expectation on resume.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Good communication/customer service/organization/time management skills

2. Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

3. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

JOB DESCRIPTION

FULL-TIME CARGO RESERVATION:

1. Handle booking requests, primarily via email.

2. Coordinate bookings with contracted freight forwarders (ex. DHL, FedEx, UPS)

3. Manage onward connecting flight space for cargo transiting through TPE to Destinations in Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and China.

4. Issue Cargo Charges Correction Advice (CCA) for air waybill modifications or weight discrepancies.

5. Actively sell available cargo space, both on passenger and freighter aircraft, to agents.
