About the Role  

Packsize is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) intern for our Accounting Billing team during the early spring, with potential for extended employment. As part of the US Accounting department at Packsize, an intern for the Billing team will get a broad overview of the billing process while also gaining experience in reviewing and preparing invoices for customers. The team is open to a flexible work schedule to accommodate the right candidate’s availability.  

What You'll Do  

Organize and review Sales Orders for multiple accounts 

Create and bill invoices to clients 

Work with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies 

Investigate and correct orders to prepare for billing 

Collaborating on projects with other team members  

Work with other departments to provide accurate and timely information for accounts 

Use various information systems to provide information and support, including SAP, Sales Force, and Access  

Provide other ad hoc support, and respond to requests as needed  

What You'll Bring  

Currently pursuing an undergraduate accounting degree required  

Minimum 3.0 GPA in statistics, accounting, finance, and/or economics coursework preferred  

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access  

Responsibly manage sensitive or confidential information  

Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills  

Attention to detail and willingness to learn  

Self-starter; ability to work independently on projects and tasks  

Demonstrated interest in international development  

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:   

Reside in or near Salt Lake City, Utah   

Ability to work in an office environment; sitting for extended periods and moving about the office  Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds

What We Offer
