Asset Reliability Analyst I
Administers the commissioning and decommissioning processes for MSD's infrastructure assets. Develops and maintains asset class plans and job plans. Maintains MSD's Asset Management Program documentation.
Asset Reliability Analyst II
Administers the commissioning and decommissioning processes for MSD's infrastructure assets. Develops and maintains asset class plans and job plans. Develops risk-based structured maintenance and inspection schedules, and rehabilitation, repair, and replacement recommendations. Maintains MSD's Asset Management Program documentation.
Asset Reliability Analyst III
Administers the commissioning and decommissioning processes for MSD's infrastructure assets. Develops and maintains asset class plans and job plans. Develops risk-based structured maintenance and inspection schedules. Develops rehabilitation, repair, and replacement recommendations and forecasts. Develops corrective actions and mitigation strategies to improve operational performance. Maintains MSD's Asset Management Program documentation.
Asset Reliability Senior Analyst
Administers the commissioning and decommissioning processes for MSD's infrastructure assets. Develops and maintains asset class plans and job plans. Develops risk-based structured maintenance and inspection schedules. Develops rehabilitation, repair, and replacement recommendations and forecasts. Develops corrective actions and mitigation strategies to improve operational performance. Maintains MSD's Asset Management Program documentation.
Essential Job Functions:
Asset Reliability Analyst I
Administers cross-departmental teams to support asset commissioning and decommissioning processes in IPS, SAP, GIS, and SCADA. Works with MSD project managers, consultants, contractors, and developers to obtain accurate asset data, required inventory and non-inventory part information, and O&M requirements during design, construction, and rehabilitation of capital assets. Develops and maintains asset class plans for lifecycle management. Develops and maintains job plans based on manufacturer recommendations and cross-departmental input. Participates in cross-departmental development team meetings and updates associated AM program documents as needed to support change management. Maintains and executes routine reports and monitoring processes to assess asset condition and performance using data stored in MSD information systems, including but not limited to Infor Public Sector (IPS), GIS, LIMS, and SCADA, and coordinates corrections to the data with staff across MSD when anomalies are found. Maintains procedures, work instructions, guidance documents, user and technical workflows, training content, and other process documentation for personal job functions and department-supported systems, processes, and integrations, keeping them current with changes in technology, data and other enhancements. Tests system upgrades, workflows, interfaces and issue solutions for department-supported systems, processes, and integrations. Submits records for working files and final retention per MSD policy and procedures. Maintains and operates one of MSD’s flood pumping stations when river conditions and the USACE manual dictates.
