Position Overview 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Order Entry Specialist to join our team!  In this role, you'll be responsible for entering customer orders accurately, ensuring every detail is captured, and supporting smooth operations from order to production. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately enter customer orders into our system 

• Review and verify product specs, quantities, and timelines 

• Communicate with Inside Sales and Production to clarify details 

• Support improvements in order entry systems 

• Maintain organized order documentation

• Flag and resolve inconsistencies before production 

What You Bring 

• 1–2 years of data entry or order processing experience 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Comfortable managing tasks in a fast-paced environment

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• A team-player with a proactive mindset
