Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer Intern, you will support the QA & Release Management team in designing, building, and testing custom Microsoft Copilot agents that integrate with other Flowers applications. In this role you will build topics within Copilot agents, and perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing of AI conversational flows.
The AI Engineer Intern will build scenarios testing agent performance, response accuracy, and error handling, while validating API connectivity and data accuracy across different enterprise systems. This role will allow personal and professional growth through meaningful projects that encourage the use of current and developing skills.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools
- Hands on experience working with APIs and understanding of API response models
- Knowledge and Experience working with API testing platform such as Postman
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or AI technologies

- Must be a rising junior or senior pursuing a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
