Position Description
The Website Administrator is responsible for the ongoing management, enhancement, and performance of Wendover’s e-commerce platforms. This role bridges Marketing, Information Systems, and external development partners, ensuring the website is accurate, functional, secure, and continuously improving.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires technical proficiency, strong project coordination, and comfort managing vendors and data-driven initiatives. Website Administrators at Wendover own their work from concept through implementation, supporting revenue growth and customer experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead website enhancements from requirements through launch in partnership with Marketing
- Manage and coordinate third-party development partners, timelines, and budgets
- Perform quality assurance testing and ensure clean, reliable releases
- Maintain product data accuracy and website functionality for new launches
- Support integrations between Adobe Commerce (Magento) and ERP systems
- Monitor website health, performance, security updates, and upgrades
- Administer Salesforce and eCat user access, configurations, and support
- Document processes and train internal users on new functionality
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with e-commerce ↔ ERP integrations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI tools
