Are you passionate about leading complex projects and improving public systems? As a Program Manager II, you will manage large-scale programs, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and support enterprise initiatives that benefit communities countywide.

As a Program Manager II, you will:

📌 Develop and manage strategic programs
📌 Coordinate with County and community partners
📌 Prepare and oversee budgets
📌 Administer service contracts
📌 Establish reporting systems
📌 Chair EPIC-LA subcommittees
📌 Track performance metrics

 

Minimum Qualifications

Option I: Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS, or related field + 5 years' experience (including 2 years managing complex projects)

Option II: 7 years' experience (including 4 years managing enterprise-scale projects)

Experience must include coordinating multiple stakeholders and large-scale initiatives.

 

IMPORTANT

  • A photocopy of diploma or official transcript OR 
  • A verification or confirmation letter from the school's Registrar's Office on the official letter head of the school, with college or university seal. It should indicate the date the degree was conferred and be in English.
