Internship Overview
The AI Workflow Automation Intern supports the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows across business operations. This role focuses on process automation, AI-assisted tools, CRM workflows, internal systems, and operational efficiency.
This internship is ideal for students interested in artificial intelligence, automation, business systems, operations management, information systems, or technology-enabled business roles.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with designing and implementing automated workflows
Support CRM automation including task triggers, follow-ups, notifications, and pipelines
Help document business processes and convert them into automated workflows
Assist with AI-assisted tools used for internal operations
Support workflow testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
Assist with system integrations between CRM, email, scheduling, and reporting tools
Document automation logic, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Required Availability
Interns must be available for required team meetings:
Monday at 9:00 AM MST
Wednesday at 10:00 AM MST
Friday at 8:00 AM MST
SkillBridge participants must also attend:
Thursday at 9:00 AM MST
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Computer Science
Information Systems
Data Analytics
Business Analytics
Engineering
Operations Management
Management Information Systems
Or a related field
Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and business systems
Comfortable working with digital tools, workflows, and structured processes
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
