Software Engineer

THE ROLE

You’ll help build and scale the core technology behind Nextstep.

This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership and direct impact on users. You’ll work closely with product, design, and leadership to ship features that directly improve how students discover direction and get hired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and Maintain Platform Features
Develop and support features across the application stack.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality user experiences.

• Improve System Performance
Enhance reliability, scalability, and overall system performance.

• Implement AI-Driven Workflows
Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into the platform.

• Contribute to Architecture
Participate in architectural decisions as the platform scales.
