Professional Services Intern – Denver, CO - Colorado State University, University of Colorado Boulder, University of Colorado Denver, University of Northern Colorado 

The Vertafore internship program is designed to provide vital learning and practical professional experience to take with you into your future career. During the 10-week program, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company while working hand in hand with various teams across the organization. As an intern, you will be assigned a specific project that will focus on an actual Vertafore need and opportunity for process improvement at Vertafore. You’ll truly be a member of the team, and in your day-to-day, you’ll work with, be mentored by, and receive valuable performance feedback from senior leadership and management teams. Interns also participate in various educational seminars, will be educated on real-world applicable workplace skills, and learn career management/development best practices.   

In this position, the intern will have the opportunity to support key initiatives within our Professional Services organization focused on operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and customer outcomes. The intern will assist with analyzing project data, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends that impact implementation timelines. They will learn our PS software, Suite Project Pro, and suggest better ways to track and report on project timelines and tasks. Additionally, the intern will assist with modernizing our bootcamps with AI. Ultimately, they will partner with their mentor to recommend process improvements and help standardize reporting to drive greater visibility and accountability across the services lifecycle and help future proof our bootcamps by developing more self-directed learning capabilities.  

Ideal Candidate Experience: 

Analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Excel  

Have a strong comfortability with AI tools 

Relevant areas of study include business, data analytics, operations, or related fields.
