The Opportunity

We are seeking an AI Agent Builder who combines technical ability and business thinking to design and deploy AI agents that streamline work across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build AI agents every day that help scale real businesses.

You will work closely with leadership and operators to identify repetitive or time-consuming work and design AI agents that automate workflows across marketing, operations, and internal systems.

The goal of this role is to continuously design and deploy AI agents that make teams faster, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Design and build AI agents that automate business workflows
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined using AI
• Create AI systems for marketing, customer communication, and internal operations
• Integrate AI tools with existing software platforms
• Build automation pipelines connecting multiple systems
• Test, refine, and improve AI agents to ensure reliability and performance
• Work directly with leadership to identify high-impact automation opportunities
