We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires the ability to dive into highly complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps. You’ll be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining PowerApps solutions that connect with Dataverse and integrate with Power BI visualizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate complicated data structures while translating business requirements into elegant, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Canvas apps with complex logic, forms, and workflows.
  • Build and enhance Model-Driven apps, including custom entities, business rules, and processes.
  • Integrate PowerApps with Dataverse and other data sources.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into functional applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Power BI visualizations to support business insights.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies, ensuring delivery of tasks on time.
  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in PowerApps development, with strong focus on Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse and building complex data models.
  • Experience integrating PowerApps with Power BI, SharePoint, or other data sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Power Automate flows, business rules, and automation within the Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication skills, necessary to be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with advanced formulas, custom connectors, and API integrations.
  • Exposure to ALM, DevOps, or version control for Power Platform solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint-driven development.
