About the Role

We're looking for a Product Intern to join our Product team in New York for Summer 2026. This role sits at the intersection of our customers and the teams that build those solutions — you'll work closely with product managers to support the development and execution of AI-powered client facing features and internal tooling/operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about how AI is reshaping product experiences and wants to get hands-on experience in a fast-moving technology company.

What You'll Do

  • Support product managers in defining requirements, writing specs, and tracking delivery for AI and operations-focused product initiatives
  • Assist in researching AI tools, models, and frameworks to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Help maintain and improve internal product operations: documentation, process tracking, sprint hygiene, and cross-functional coordination
  • Analyze product usage data and synthesize findings to inform prioritization decisions and measure success of AI driven improvements
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, product reviews, and stakeholder meetings — contributing notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Design teams to support feature development from ideation through launch

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in AI/ML products and how intelligent systems are built and applied in production
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — comfortable breaking down complex problems
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Prior experience with product tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Figma) or familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus
