UX Design Intern — Remote (AI-Powered Training Program)

This is not your typical internship. There's no coffee runs, no busywork, and no fighting 200 other applicants for one spot. GWEN is an AI-powered UX internship where you work on real-world design projects with AI teammates and a mentor. You'll build portfolio-ready case studies, get detailed feedback on your work, and receive a reference letter on completion. 

How it works: 

  • Work through 7 structured UX projects at your own pace, from anywhere
  • Collaborate with AI-powered teammates who challenge your thinking and give real-time feedback
  • Build portfolio pieces you can actually show employers

This is a paid training programme, not paid employment. You won't receive a salary — but unlike most unpaid internships, every hour you spend here is designed around YOUR learning!

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Interest in UX design (student, fresher, graduate)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and build something you're proud of
