What We're Looking For:

0–2 years of experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Ability to read and write SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation — you'll go through a structured 6-step KT methodology from SOP review through full application ownership. Must pass a 30-day performance assessment post-onboarding.

Nice to Have: Exposure to Snowflake, Appian, CI/CD tooling, healthcare IT or utilization management platforms.
