Description
Morsby, Gorman, McCarthy LLC is seeking a Project & Operations Analyst to support coordination, workflow management, and execution across Kenya-focused infrastructure and development initiatives.
This role is part of a Kenya-focused pilot initiative designed to support infrastructure strategy through structured research, analysis, and execution. The position plays a central role in ensuring projects remain organized, aligned, and delivered efficiently across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Track deliverables, workflows, and timelines across active projects
- Coordinate across research, data, and strategy teams
- Support internal organization and operational processes
- Ensure continuity and alignment across outputs
- Assist in structuring workflows and improving execution efficiency

Time Commitment
- Academic term: ~5–15 hours per week

- Duration: 8–12 weeks (May–August 2026, aligned with academic schedules; flexible start based on availability). High-performing participants may be invited to continue into subsequent terms.

Educational & Academic Credit Framework

This role may be eligible for academic credit, depending on the candidate’s university requirements. Participants are responsible for coordinating with their institution to obtain approval where applicable.
