Job Title:  AI Strategy & Solutions Evangelist (Early Career)
Reports To:  Chief Information Officer

Location:  Arlington, VA (On site– Metro-accessible office)

FLSA Status:  Exempt

Compensation:  $95,000 to $110,000 annually plus additional KPI bonus eligibility

Ennoble Care is hiring an AI Strategy & Solutions Evangelist, a high-agency, early-career builder who wants to move fast, own real problems, and deploy production-grade AI systems that directly support care delivery.

This is not a traditional “analyst” role. You will operate as a hands-on technical problem solver, working directly with the CIO and leadership team to design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and ultimately help us scale care to more patients.

We are specifically looking for someone who has already built real systems, including experience with Claude-based workflows and markdown-driven knowledge architectures, and who is excited to push those capabilities further in a live, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Take loosely defined operational or clinical challenges and independently design solutions 
  • Move from idea → prototype → deployed system quickly, without heavy oversight
  • Build AI Systems (Not Just Talk About Them)
  • Design and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations 
  • Build and maintain Claude-based systems, including: 
    • Prompt architectures 
    • Markdown-based knowledge networks 
    • Retrieval and reasoning layers 
  • Rapidly test and iterate using modern tools (LLMs, APIs, low-code, custom scripts)
  • Operate with Speed and Resourcefulness
  • Ship fast, improve continuously, and don’t wait for perfect specs
  • Use whatever tools get the job done—LLMs, Zapier, Python, internal systems, etc.
  • Work directly with staff and operators to deploy what you build
  • Train users, gather feedback, and refine systems in real time
  • Pitch in when needed; this is a growing company, and sometimes that means rolling with the punches and working extra hours during peak periods. Our team shows up for one another, and we’re looking for someone who will too.

Example Projects

  • Build an AI agent that processes inbound referrals and triggers scheduling workflows
  • Create a markdown-driven internal knowledge system that staff can query via Claude
  • Develop automation tools to reduce administrative workload and manual data entry
  • Prototype decision-support tools for operational and clinical teams

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent hands-on project work 
  • Strong portfolio/GitHub or demonstrable builds preferred over credentials 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Data Science/Machine Learning, Mathematics, or relevant program
