IT Specialist Network Administrator

As our in-house IT leader, you’ll manage day-to-day technical needs while overseeing the performance and security of our network. If you’re proactive, solution-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively
- Manage and resolve email issues across the organization
- Configure and maintain phone systems, including RingCentral
- Oversee and maintain the company network, ensuring performance and reliability
- Monitor systems to keep the network running fast, stable, and efficient
- Protect the organization from threats including malware, ransomware, and viruses
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the team
- Serve as the go-to IT resource, supporting both leadership and employees
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of network administration and IT infrastructure
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to move quickly
- Experience managing email systems and business communication tools
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and network configurations
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and threat prevention
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable being on-call and responding when issues arise
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
