Client Account Specialist
We're hiring a Client Account Specialist to own billing accuracy and the client experience around it — making sure every property manager on our platform gets clear, correct, on-time billing.
What You'll Do
Billing & client support
- Act as the primary billing contact for property managers.
- Update our Insurance Operating System (IOS) to reflect client requests and changes.
Accuracy & revenue
- Keep billing structures in the IOS accurate.
- Spot revenue-flow improvements and work with engineering to ship them.
- Build dashboards that show leadership how billing is performing.
Process & enablement
- Create training videos and tools to improve the client billing experience.
- Write playbooks for billing support, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Standardize processes to prevent workflow breakdowns.
What We're Looking For
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong instinct for data integrity.
- Can explain technical and billing issues clearly to non-technical people.
- Proactive, organized, and takes ownership.
- Comfortable in-person, 5 days/week, in a fast-paced startup.
