Most companies are just talking about AI. We are obsessed with AI and looking to hire people who want to help us build the future of how our company operates.
You will study our business deeply, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and build systems that make the company faster, smarter, and more scalable. Your work will directly impact marketing, sales, analytics, quality assurance, logistics, training, and overall member experience.
We are looking for people who are constantly testing new AI tools before everyone else hears about them. Someone who naturally asks, “Why are we still doing this manually?” and then figures out how to automate and optimize it.
You will not be managing AI PowerPoints. You will be building, shipping, testing, and improving AI systems that change how we operate every day.
What You’ll Do
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across the business
- Build AI agents and workflows that improve speed, quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- Drive the AI roadmap, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Partner with internal AI engineers on larger technical builds
- Manage outside contractors and vendors building AI tools
- Train, evaluate, and improve AI systems over time
- Work closely with field, operations, sales/marketing, and leadership teams
