CEO Operations Intern

Location: In-Person
Commitment: Approximately 6 hours per week for one academic semester
Compensation: $500 stipend upon successful completion of the internship

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated undergraduate student to work directly with our CEO on organizational projects and data management initiatives. This internship provides valuable exposure to executive leadership, healthcare operations, and business administration.

The primary focus of this role will be creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and data-gathering templates that help our organization track key information and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and data-tracking tools
  • Develop data-gathering templates for organizational use
  • Organize and analyze information from various departments
  • Assist with reporting and special projects
  • Conduct basic research and compile findings
  • Support administrative and operational initiatives as assigned by the CEO
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in business operations, healthcare administration, analytics, or organizational leadership preferred
