About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Builder Intern to work directly with the founder on building an AI-native hiring product from the ground up.

This is not a traditional internship. You will help turn ideas into demos, improve product workflows, support recruiting operations, run growth experiments, and execute whatever matters most each week.

The ideal person is scrappy, fast-learning, product-minded, and comfortable working in a high-intensity startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build fast product demos and prototypes using Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or other AI-native builder tools
  • Help improve Hiring Copilot workflows, including job intake, resume screening, candidate matching, and sourcing flows
  • Support hands-on recruiting operations, including sourcing, candidate review, outreach, and process tracking
  • Run growth and marketing experiments, including content, landing pages, outreach campaigns, and user feedback loops
  • Turn messy ideas into clear product specs, workflows, notes, or execution plans
  • Work closely with the founder on product, growth, operations, recruiting, and customer-facing projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong product taste and good sense for simple, intuitive UX
  • Comfortable with vibe coding, AI tools, and fast prototyping
  • Interested in AI products, recruiting, B2B SaaS, startups, and growth
  • Scrappy, hands-on, detail-oriented, and fast at execution
  • Low ego, high ownership. You are willing to jump in wherever needed to help move the company forward
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strong written communication and structured thinking
  • Willing to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment
  • Not looking for a 9–5 internship

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Codex, Claude Code, and other automation tools
  • Experience in recruiting, sales, product management or startup projects
  • Ability to create landing pages, product demos, user flows, or simple web apps
  • Bilingual English / Chinese is a plus
