About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven AI-Native Operations Intern to work directly with the founder on recruiting execution, candidate sourcing, external communication, internal project management, and business operations.
This is not a traditional intern role. You will be expected to move fast, take ownership, use AI tools daily, and support whatever is needed to move the company forward.
You will work across recruiting, product, operations, growth, and founder-led projects in an AI-native hiring startup.
What You’ll Do
- Source and screen candidates for active client roles
- Support LinkedIn sourcing, candidate outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Communicate with candidates, clients, and internal team members in a professional way
- Help manage internal projects, trackers, action items, and deadlines
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing, research, communication, and workflow efficiency
- Support founder-led initiatives across product, recruiting, growth, and operations
- Turn messy information into clear notes, trackers, summaries, and execution plans
- Help improve internal SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
Who You Are
- Strong interest in AI, recruiting, startups, and business operations
- Fast learner with strong execution ability
- Comfortable with high-intensity, fast-changing startup work
- Strong written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools
- Able to do sourcing, research, follow-up, documentation, and project tracking hands-on
- Low ego, high ownership. You are willing to do whatever is needed to move the company forward.
Not looking for a 9–5 internship - Bilingual English and Chinese is a strong plus
