We are seeking a client-focused Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of senior living clients building strong relationships with operators and executives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities and thrives in a client-facing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of senior living clients, owning the day-to-day relationship and ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Lead recurring client meetings during implementation and post implementation gathering feedback on platform needs and priorities.
- Support client onboarding by validating data, configuring reporting packages, providing training, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value through new reports, dashboards, or analysis.
Analysis & Reporting
- Become a Senior Living domain expert across client data, source systems, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, measure business performance, and surface actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support client initiatives and internal business projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Development, and Data Integration teams to translate client feedback into platform improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related analytical field. GPA of 3.5 or higher
- 0-2 Years of experience. Big 4 Accounting/Consulting Firm experience or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including P&L, balance sheet, and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in or familiarity with the senior living industry is a plus.
