As a Technical Information Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

• Administering and maintaining databases, electronic information resources, and information retrieval systems to ensure efficient access, storage, and dissemination of information.
• Providing technical consultation and customer support to staff on information systems, database resources, electronic networks, and information retrieval tools.
• Planning, developing, and coordinating technology projects, database enhancements, workflow solutions, and special initiatives that improve organizational operations and information sharing.
• Analyzing and evaluating information, preparing analytical reports, and recommending solutions to support organizational programs, strategic initiatives, and management decision-making.
