About the Role:
As an Advisory Associate, you’ll work directly with executives and business owners, helping them set and meet organizational goals, improve processes, and make informed decisions. You’ll contribute to projects that span management consulting, financial insight, and technology implementation, giving you a broad foundation to grow your career in business advisory services.
Responsibilities:
Help business owners and managers set, track, and achieve organizational goals.
Assist with organizational design, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Provide support for management mentoring and professional development initiatives.
Work directly with client executives to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Help clients gather, interpret, and use financial data to make timely, informed business decisions.
Support clients in leveraging existing business systems more effectively and assist in the implementation of new technologies.
Work in a consulting capacity to help clients evaluate, adopt, and maintain information systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, or a related field (MAcc/MBA students preferred).
Eligibility to work toward CPA licensure
Strong understanding of accounting and business principles with an interest in technology.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional client relationships.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
