Introduction about the position: 

We are looking for full-time candidates who are eager to help our customers solve their problem with our software. As a Product Specialist, you will focus on understanding our product and helping our customers get the most value from us. Through our in-depth training of our software, you will be able to be a specialist of our product which helps our customers' success.

Since we will conduct interview and make a decision rolling basis, it is highly encouraged for you to apply ASAP.  Training program will be provided in your onboarding period.

- Help customers solve their problem and get the most value from our solution

- Analyze customer’s issues and help to improve our product from the learning
