Responsibilities:
- Consults with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Takes professional photographs of properties for sale, covering the acreage and features.
- Answering, or finding answers to, questions a client has about a property.
- Assists buyers with identifying their properties, based on their needs, such as location, prize, size, and what the land will be used for.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
