Run your own program while supervising a team of high-energy staff to create and implement quality lesson plans designed to build campers’ skills and confidence over two 4-week sessions. Programs at Roughing It include Swimming, Boating (row, canoe, kayak), Fishing, and Reservoir Programming (sports, crafts, outdoor living, and nature exploration). Job Details

  • 2024 Camp Season: Mon-Fri, June 10, 2024 through Aug 09, 2024
  • Camp Hours: The camp day is 9:00am-3:00pm. Most positions are 43-47 hours/week.
  • Location: Our main camp site is at the Lafayette Reservoir. Our swimming site is at the Soda Aquatic Center in Moraga. Staff commute to their work site unless they are a bus counselor who meets the bus at its first stop.
