NJ Career Accelerator Internship Grant Opportunities

The Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE) has recently launched the NJ Career Accelerator Internship Grant Program. As enumerated in the New Jersey's Student Bill of Rights, every New Jersey student should have experiential learning opportunities. OSHE is striving to strengthen the connections between employers and New Jersey institutions of higher education (IHEs) to generate those opportunities while ensuring that there are positive educational impacts for all students. This grant program will provide funding to New Jersey employers who are interested in hosting undergraduate, graduate and recent grads from New Jersey's institutions and students who are residents of NJ but attend an institution outside of the state for Summer 2024 (May through August). The grant program aims to foster mutually beneficial relationships between New Jersey's college students and New Jersey-based employers.

Employers from all over NJ have been chosen to receive the grant and NJ OSHE is publicizing these paid internship opportunities to current  students and recent graduates (May 2023-May 2024) at institutions of higher education. There are currently 146 employers seeking interns for these paid experiences all over the State of NJ.
